This was an incredible opportunity to spread Israeli innovation and activate entrepreneurs to break into the world of social impact.

Working with the Pears team was a true collaboration and a deep dive into their world of social impact and international development.

Together, we were able to create a fresh visual language and messaging strategy at the intersection of Israeli devtech and social impact. Their new logo and branding helped to differentiate their work and attract a higher caliber of candidates to conferences and accelerators.

We started with an exploration of the Pears program values and developed moodboards, focused on the various audiences - global partners, Israeli entrepreneurs, and development organizations. The idea was to shift gears to a brand identity and messaging strategy that spoke directly to each group, clearly conveyed their value proposition, and articulated a compelling program offering. 

The resulting logo and brand were cohesive, compelling, and (most importantly) have boosted enrollment and outreach for programs like the Pears Challenge. The Pears Program is now easily recognizable as a leader in the DevTech arena and a hub for global innovation from Israel.

We approach every project by immersing ourselves in the market landscape and environment that our clients operate in. For Pears, that meant really understanding international development and the Israeli devtech scene in order to tailor the landing pages and copy to the motivations and programs each audience would be looking for.



Since their big rebrand, we’ve come back together to launch the next Pears Challenge and have launched Pears Challenge VI focused on fintech in Sub-Saharan Africa! It’s been very rewarding to hear how the new brand has attracted a high caliber of partners and applicants to Pears programs and we’re thrilled to continue supporting their work.
